Booking & cancellation
All new clients are asked to pay a small non refundable booking fee to secure their appointment, with the remaining balance paid on completion of the treatment. Please give at least 48 hours notice to cancel or move an appointment. Within 48 hours the booking fee becomes non refundable and a 50% booking fee will be required to secure any future appointment. Missed appointments without notice (no shows) are charged at 100% of the booking fee. Treatments over £50 require a 50% non refundable booking fee, payable via PayPal, SumUp link or bank transfer. All booking fees are deducted from the full treatment price as long as there is no cancellation within 48 hours. The minimum mobile visit is £30, and smaller treatments can happily be combined to reach it. If you are running late, please let Emma know. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may mean a shortened treatment at the full price, so the next client is not kept waiting.
Busy periods
Appointments at the busiest times for new clients (summer months, Christmas and New Year) require a 50% non refundable booking fee. Cancellations at the busiest times with less than 48 hours notice require a 100% cancellation fee.
Out of hours
Appointments before 9am or after 6pm, on bank holidays and Saturdays carry a premium of £10 extra per hour.
Health changes
Please let Emma know of any health or medication changes so your details can be kept up to date and your treatments kept safe.
Gift certificates
Gift certificates must be used within one year of purchase, and where possible within the same appointment. Donated gift certificates must be used within 6 months, and once an appointment is made the date cannot be changed.
Patch tests & consultations
Certain treatments (including lash and brow tinting, lash lifts and spray tans) legally require a patch test at least 48 hours before your first appointment. If a required patch test has not been carried out, Emma reserves the right to decline the treatment on the day and the booking fee will not be refunded. Please answer consultation questions honestly, as treatments are carried out based on the information you provide.
Liability & insurance
Emma is a fully qualified and fully insured Beauty and Holistic Therapist. Every treatment is carried out with professional care and products used as directed. Emma cannot accept liability for reactions arising from information withheld at consultation, from failure to follow aftercare advice, or from patch tests declined by the client. Holistic and wellness sessions (including reiki, sound therapy, meditation and breathwork) support wellbeing and are not a substitute for medical diagnosis or treatment. Please consult your GP for medical concerns.
Right to refuse
Emma works alone in clients’ homes and reserves the right to refuse or end an appointment where she feels unsafe or is treated disrespectfully, or where a health condition makes treatment unsuitable. In these cases fees for work already carried out remain payable.
Age policy
Clients must be 18 or over. Selected treatments may be carried out for under 18s only with a parent or guardian’s written consent and with the parent or guardian present throughout.
Your information & privacy
Your name, contact details, address and consultation notes are collected only to manage your bookings, reminders and treatment safety, in line with UK GDPR. Your information is never sold or shared with third parties for marketing. You may ask to see or delete your details at any time by contacting Emma. Photographs of treatment results are only ever taken or shared with your clear consent.
Payments
Payment is accepted by cash, bank transfer, PayPal or SumUp card link. Booking fees are payable at the time of booking to confirm your appointment.
Complaints & feedback
If anything is not right, please tell Emma within 48 hours of your appointment so it can be put right fairly. Feedback is always welcomed with love.
Prices may change without prior notice. Any changes to these terms are at Emma’s discretion. These terms do not affect your statutory rights. Last updated July 2026.
